New layout

Yes I am unoriginal and used another template and kept the topper. Ah well I do really like the new layout. I think it's very cool. But this post is just to say that I got a new layout and a new side part part: Member of the month! And for that I will make a post about what I think about that member. I think this would be a good way to show my love for the H!P girls. This will also have past members of H!P. So there is a very good chance of Goto or Kago to show up. Just so you all know.

A nice gets post here as it rained all day today and I started school again. Aww so depressing! But I was happy to come home and find three different packages of goods from HSUSA. It would have been more but due to back orders somethings are being held until February. Well let's take a look at the goodies!

I got all the 2L sets for every member for the military sets. I thought that these are some of the most awesome concert images in a while! H!P really out did themselves with this tour and the goods. The black outfits are like the ones that look the most out of place honestly but I think 8th generation and Reina look the best. The green color for 8th generation is like perfection! ♥ Gawd I love them so!

Next is the graduation set. This is the only set I got from all the graduation things just because I had to save my money for books for school. But I am happy I got these and kind of wished I would have gotten Linlin's microfiber towel. But what can you do? Yeah but these are lovely. ♥

All the group sets I got. I have to say I love Morning Musume group shots. I don't really much care what they are all from I just love them. ♥ So I have about 4-5 other group shots that are on back order. Two from the making of the calender, 2 from the behind the scenes for the DVDs and goods shoots and then one live set and one military set.

Then the main thing:

Eri PB! Now this was a kind of spur of the moment buy where I was like "Hey I want this PB." And then I got it and was like "I didn't really NEED to buy that. Ah well" So here it is. It is a really nice PB, some shots are a bit too much for me but Eri looks amazing in all the shots. I think my favorite shoot had to be the one of her at the karaoke place. The ones with the tambourines. Very cute! But my favorite part has to be where the making of DVD is that it's a picture from the karaoke place where they were playing "Go Girl! Koi no Victory" and on the TV is a young Eri.

So You can't see it too well but I think it's adorable. ♥♥ Over all I am very happy with the things I got. :)

The Leader Ai Love

So it was announced that Ai would be graduating in the 2011 Autumn tour for Morning Musume. I can't say I am too surprised at this news. Ten years is a beautiful time in a group and then leader, the cool whip on top of the awesome that is Takahashi Ai. More like extremely bad timing. I was just really reeling from the loss of Kamei, Jun, and Lin and getting excited for 9th generation and then we get this news.

Of course the up side is that, as fans, we get all this time to enjoy the singles Ai will be a part of in Musume as well as the ties she has made. I am guessing Loving You Forever and Tomo are in order for this graduation. I feel bad for Ai fans as I know Eri had 3 PBs when she left and it was only three months. Ai has 9 so I am expecting like 10 PBs now.

But honestly I can't say I am unhappy. Morning Musume has been stagnent a bit and we all have kind of forgotten what this group is all about, a changing line up that changes musical genera. I feel in love with the Musume from 2007 to 2009. I can say that even though Koharu wasn't my absolute favorite the loss of her really affected my thoughts on Musume. It seemed like it only got worst when Eri and Linlin left as they were in my top 10 of all of H!P.

Thinking of time though, it's sad to see Ai become such a marketing ploy for H!P. I mean the statement from Ai makes it seem like Tsunku is forcing her out because of the age difference between 9th gen and Ai. I think if you can have Yuko and Kago in the same group it could have worked. Also this announcement was 5 months apart from the Eri, Jun, and Lin graduation announcement. And they give Ai all this time for promotion? Obviously H!P wants fans to buy out her goods for the Spring tour as well. I can see no other reason why one would announce this so early. If that is so it's really sad and I hope Ai becomes a Takarazuka Revue actress and is amazing!

Welp girls raise your glasses to the awesome that is Takahashi Ai for the months you can!

New Generation

I know I haven't posted in like forever, I am really bad at this huh? Ah well~
So I wanted to talk about the new girls. We have:

Niigaki Risa, Suzuki Kanon, Michishige Sayumi, Ikuta Erina, Takahashi Ai, Sayashi Riho, Tanaka Reina, Fukumura Mizuki, and of course our Mitsui Aika.

I have to say out of all the girls I like Riho the best. She looks like she has some serious moves and she can sing pretty good. I am always weary of good dancers in these auditions, their voices can vary a lot but Riho looks right on. And after Eri leaving I have to say that they need a kick butt dancer to join Ai (and Aika to a lesser extent). Erina is also a pretty good dancer as well. And her smile while dancing is one of the first things I noticed. Then we have Ms. Moshimoshi herself Suzuki Kanon who not only has a first name of a H!P member already but a last name as well. Lucky girl! But now it is gonna get even more confusing! If having three Saki's wasn't hard enough! But really Kanon looks like a good girl who will fit right in along with Aika (they do kinda look similar despite fan reaction! XD).

Then we have the egg; Fukumura Mizuki. Not my first pick...actually I had no clue who she was really. And I'm sure a lot of people didn't...I guess if Tsunku wanted to go for shock then he picked the right girl. Only barely ahead of the other eggs by being in the reformatted Shugo Chara Eggs did Mizuki shine. (Boy I have to get use to typing these new names). But like I said not my first pick

*cough cough*
But good for Mizuki.

Maybe Saho can be in a new group. With Riho! Anyone ready for the Ho-Ho connection!

Well yesterday I had set my alarm for 8 o clock just in time for a HSUSA Black Friday sale. And that hour flew by quicker than I thought talking with Kawbi and looking around at things. Well first order was place quickly as I knew those microfiber towels were gonna go fast. To my dismay however the number order system had messed up and my order had failed. This caused me to loose about 2 of the towels I wanted as well as 3 different photo sets I had wanted badly. Angered but still wanting goods I tried to back track as best I could. First order ended up being:

Well after that I went back through and noticed I skimmed over the C-ute section a bit and went back for some more C-ute and S/mileage goods. I picked up some stragglers as well. Order number #2:

Final count: 32 2L photos, 2 Microfiber towels, 29 L photos

Some of the things I got as gifts and some things I will be willing to give away. I also got a refund from HSUSA for the failed order. I really love the system of customer support from HSUSA. I've had only small problems with some things in the past and it has always been handled quickly and with respect. I love how they will give me money back as if they know I will spend it on there website again (because I always do!). Going through what they have left I am still tempted by some things but it was a non-pay week as it is and I have not ordered the special order goods I want yet I will let the rest go.

Sorry I am so bad about updating this blog now guys. With my school work going on it's just a lot of stuff going on. But I will try to get better! And about the give away, I don't officially get paid for another two weeks. So none of the first round of goods I will be able to get for you guys. But the second round of goods looks just as good and I will be getting goods from the 2nd update to give away!

The good I think you guys will be happy with is:

Mitsui Aika, Rival Surival Cell phone strap

This one looks very much like the same design as the PikaPika one:

And I really loved using this one. I used that strap for a long time, and if I didn't switch to an iphone I would still be using it. So I will be getting two of these.

Next is group sets:

The one set is from the calender which is super simple and pretty this year. The next one is a new one which I love. I am glad I have a job because this set of concerts is, like, too good to be true. The poll winner was group set, so I will be getting an extra one of these as well. Haven't picked which one. Maybe that will be the next poll question.

Then 2L's

Aika is looking especially cute in these 2Ls and I can't wait to get my hands on them. The black outfit is super cute and I love her hair in the all the sets. ♥ Also honorable mentions:

So it turns out that the pictures I posted last time are pictures for Muten Musume's single. It seems it's for a sushi place so, eh~ I guess it's w/e. But this still is good for a different final single for EriJunLin.

In other new stuffs a picture of the ticket for the new concert tour came out:

Holy Chow-chow! Aika is certainly showing some skin! I am looking forward to the goods more now if that is even possible.

So this is just a smaller kind of update to just pace along some things. With the poll going as it is now I will be more than happy to buy some extra 2L pictures to send out to fans. Also I haven't charged my camera since I was in New York in July so that is why I haven't added new pictures of any goods or my collection. But as of now I have gotten a few new Aika goodies and I still have some coming through the mail as well. So once that is charged and I have time to take pictures I will. I started school as well so updates may be fewer. But don't worry about the give away just yet since once the pre-orders go up on the goods on HSUSA is when I will make a post about it. ;)

The Rival Survivor poster came out and I am so excited over Aika:

SO EXCITED~! Like I don't like Aika's hair as much but she is sure showin' some skin. Now the first thing that came to my mind was Destiny Child's Survivor:

And I do remember hearing that Ai likes this song so I wonder~ But I think this looks amazing. I can only wonder what the towels will look like! Oh man I am so happy I am hopefully gonna be getting paid soon so I can afford all the goods. ♥♥ And aside from picking up Aika and Reina goods I think some Sayumi goods are going to be picked up as well. Ah man~

In other exciting pic news:

Apparently these are the outfits for the new MM single, which will be the last single for Junjun, Linlin, and Eri. And I guess it holds true that it is gonna be a sushi theme because little cartoon characters close to sushi items where made for each girl. Meet Aika's:

So her character is named IkaIka (Aika) Ika meaning squid, thus the dress and hair piece. I think her character is the simplest and most boring out of the 8 girls but I think hers is the closest to the food it's related to. But for the actual single outfits I am a bit on the fence at the moment. I kinda almost want Reina in green and Sayu in the pink as I think the green is pants and the pink is a skirt and Sayu is just so cute. But as for the picture can't complain on anything Aika wise. But I love her and Eri next to each other. ♥

And in the last bit of news

THE NEW CALENDER COVER HAS COME OUT~!! Aika looks amazing on the cover and I think they shot it at the same place as the last calender but I don't care. It's a bit simple but I think I like it like that. Last years was very basic on the outside as well but the insides was all nice and colorful. I will be getting this calender as well. I really didn't rip off the months on last years calender so that is just hanging in my room. Ah well, I can roll it up like I did with Nanchatte Renai when I got the Aika signed poster. Ah but this year I am hoping for a page with Aika and Reina again! I still regret not getting the 2009 calender. (>_<)||

And I guess that is all for now since this is imagine heavy I will be making another post soon for a possible goods give away.

I didn't update my post from the other day just because I was tired. I have been working hard you know~ haha! I know it doesn't seem like it but I am really a busy girl. But yeah I got some class things done and out of the way has me excited for classes to start soon. But also I am ready for a change of season. Spring and summer have kind of melted into one and let into a dullness for me right now. I can't wait for cooler weather to be coming in and maybe a change of pace. Ah~ who knows.

I was able to get the Aika set I wanted as well as the matching Reina set and the 2L photos of the 2 shot group one. All of them are sold out now though. Though luck. *I secretly love it when the goods I buy are the first to go* ♥ And ah yeah, this is a personal post I guess.

I am starting to get my hyper-ness on because the new goodies from HSUSA are going on to buy in less than an hour. YAYNESS~!! I get like such a hyper dork when it comes to things like this. Oh boy, you all should have seen me when it came to getting the Aika poster. My poor Alice ♥. She had to suffer through the madness. And guess who is online again now? Haha~~ Sorry Alice but I love you because you suffer through my crazyness~~♥ ♥ ♥

Now I expect my other goods to come in on Wednesday (shipped on Monday) and I can already tell my mailman is gonna be SOOOOOO happy with me. With 3 different small orders and one over sized one I'm sure he is gonna be confused. Okay so this is my crack post about being excited over new goods! I am sure the site is gonna go slow so I will post about the things I got once it's officially ordered. >3< ♥

Aika at Dinner Show

From Reina's blog Aika went and brought Eri, Sayumi, and Reina a snack before their dinner show. It seems that she stuck around to watch the show. ♥ Reina also said that the mothers of the three girls were also there so I wonder if Aika had fun being with Mrs. Tanaka, Mrs. Michishige, and Mrs. Kamei.

And something unrelated to Aika I want to talk about is the actual dinner show. The playlist for it came out and I was very excited to see Akai Freesia on the playlist! I mean I know a lot of people were hoping that they would sing it for the final concert of Rival Survival (still a chance to sing it) but this truly is the 6th gen song. And Sayumi singing Semi, my favorite old school Berryz Koubou album song. ♥♥ And Reina is singing a GAM song, not too surprised but I can't wait to hear.

Also want to tell you all that HelloStore USA has restocked some photo sets as well as has the Fashionable goods up I got the two I posted above but I think I want the body shots for the one of the right. But for now I got a C-ute set I have wanted and a S/mileage set. I need more S/mileage. ♥

Problem with being an unemployed H!P fan...

...is that you have no money. I'm sure I am not the only one in this position. And I am sure I will not be the only one in this position in the future too. But I do hope that I can change this for myself. I am a normally shy person so I don't like to get out of the house as much as I would like to sleep in (lazy too~). So when I cam across something to get, even a little, money in I defiantly will go for it. So wish me luck so hopefully more Aika things can come rolling in.

I really love the sets but the Eri one is a bit lighter than I thought it was going to be and the Junjun one is darker than I thought, but I don't mind about it being a bit darker. I added fan pics section I like (on the side bar). This one is from the torrent from Paul's blog *Hello!Blog*. Go check out his blog if you haven't already. I'm pretty sure you guys all know him anyways from the hello!blog polls he does. I got a free CD from it this year~! Also the My Collection page will be up soon I hope. Morning Musume in Hunan province??

So news from Reina's blog is that Morning Musume is in China in the Hunan province. I do believe this is where Junjun was born. So I wonder if Tsunku is going to try to sell this "going back to China" thing a bit better by having some more interaction between the two places for Junjun and Linlin.

I still am unsure how I feel about graduating Linlin off. Kamei for medical reasons I could deal with and then with Junjun since I figured she would be coming sooner or later because she was older than Linlin. But Linlin does have one of the better voices in Musume despite her short comings when it comes to faster songs. But she is the ballad queen! Ah well. I guess I have 4 months to get use to the idea?

Edit: Looks like on the plane ride to China Kamei and Sayumi sat next to each other on the plane as did Reina and Aika! Oh be still my little pairs heart. ♥♥

Bus Tour #2: This time it's Lovely! >D

So when I heard from Sayumi's blog that the next Bus tour would be Sayumi and Ai I figured so since it was the last of the girls to be on one. But then Aika was added too?!?! What a shock. I thought for sure Junjun or Reina would be added to this one but I guess it had become 6th generation presents and that means it's Sayumi's turn. As you know last time Koharu was added to the Aika, Junjun, Reina tour. So needless to say I am very excited to see Sayumi, Ai, and Aika go at it. I got a Reika duet last time so now I am hoping for a Aitsui duet! That will be fun. Or may a duet with both of them? I think that happened on the GakiKameiLin tour. I almost have to wonder if they would kick these three for a KameiJunLin tour.......nah....Hopes are still up for a 8th gen PB though! Come on UFA! Don't let me down like you have always done in the past!

As a fan I love being able to get things! I mean I don't have to be a H!P fan to want stuff right? But I guess you need to be a H!P fan to want H!P things. Ahh.... I'm rambling. But the point I am trying to make is that the HelloStore USA has a preview of the things they are selling coming up soon~! Now there is Seishun Collection goods, which I haven't even gotten the single yet but I am willing to buy the pictures? Oh my fandom is strange. But let us take a look at the Aika goodies:

Well I know for a fact I will be getting the 2L sized group sets. I mean Reina and Aika together? Love ♥ Also Eri and Linlin. That is a must buy! Other than that I am questioning what I should get. I really love Aika's expression in that red photo is amazing so I will probably end up getting that set and the matching Reina one to it.

Those are all the Aika solo products. There are things from the summer concert tour but nothing it really jumping out at me as those Seishun collection goods so I will probably not pick any of those up. Unless they get the live photos. Which on the FB page said they may add that to the special order section. I am hopeful~! ♥

New Layout

So I know I had a new layout before but that was a while ago and I just really loved this layout. So I am gonna keep this one for a while now. I really love these pictures of Aika I used and I hope you all like it too. ♥

Also I will be changing the side part a lot too to make this more of a blog from me about Aika instead of a blog *occasionally* blogging about Aika. So get ready for more changes.

New Format and shocking news

I, oh man, I was thinking about changing the formant of this blog to a literal fan blog. So I will comment on things Aika does and blog posts and pictures. You know more fun stuff so it's not so much me reporting to you fans as much as it is a fan blogging about Aika stuffs.

But today...when I woke up this morning...I was not expecting to be in tears is all I have to say. Umm so as an Aika fan commenting on the world of H!P I have to be in shock and awe of what I woke up to. A 9th generation is coming but at the loss of Kamei Eri, Junjun, and Linlin. I can understand Eri with a medical condition but from the looks of it about Junjun and Linlin it looks like that they were told a day before the announcement that they were going back to China. Which is my mind shows that they had no plans of going back to China any time soon. And I have said this before in my head when they first joined that when they would go back it would be together but I thought that was gone after 2008 when they seemed to fit so well into MM.

I will miss all three girls but Eri and Linlin the most. I am crushed and I just don't think my love for the singing aspect of Morning Musume will ever be the same without Eri in it.

The covers are out for the new single and I have to say I'm not too impressed with the Limited B cover like everyone else. I myself will be ordering the Limited A and maybe the regular one. For Mitsui fans she is in the front row for the Limited A cover (and next to Reina) so I wanna get that one and the regular cover looks nice. So get yours now!

Reports say that Morning Musume will be putting on another play this coming spring and holding 5 different auditions in works with BS-TBS and Jc&Jk agency to find a girl who will co-start in the play along side Morning Musume.

Michishige Sayumi (20), who is from Yamaguchi, and Mitsui Aika (17), who is from Shiga, commented "I think it will be easier for people of our prefectures to participate, please give us some support"

I had forgotten about this for a little bit due to the fact I couldn't find one to screen cap. But I found a pretty nice one to use. This one....I will admit it not my favorite G4 song. If I had to rank them thus far it would be: Party Time, Omakase♪Guardian, School Days, than Going On! But who knows it may grow on me. I am certainly not a fan of the yellow outfits but I will learn to live with it, in some shots I hate it, in other it's not so bad.

This whole PV is pretty random and I think starting out like this you can understand why. It starts with the girls and a lion, a green elephant, and a purple bunny. Apparently they are directing the PV.......yay?

Starting off with the a little dance part I think the light bright videos the Pony company makes for G4 and Buono! are a lot better quality than what H!P has come out with lately. I mean look at Shock! than try to argue a point with me. I bet I will win.

A part of the PV that I do like is the use of different areas that are used for the close up shots, the dance shots and also the mic recording shots. I see the call back of Party Time with light bubbles in most of the shots, it's honestly one of my favorite things to do graphically on things.

Looking at each section I think Mitsui really nails her close up shots. Her faces are just so cute and adorable. I think she really takes the lyrics to heart. Than again Mitsui has been getting better with facial expressions, and has been nailing them since Naichau Kamo.

There is another section were the girls are recording on a mic. I love the look of this part. I mean the background is all white and boring but I think with the girls being in yellow and the light overlay it keeps it simple enough to keep the light up effect that they were going with in the house and the close up shots. Also I'm a bit rock n' roll and I love those head phones.

Something different in this song is a pairing up of two girls to sing together, Mitsui and Yurina (Tanpopo# much?) and than Risako and Saki. I don't know if I like the two voices together though. I would have much rather seen Mitsui paired with Saki, but I think this is how they usually line up the girls so I guess they didn't want to mess it up?? I don't know but I think the recording room close up shots are awesome.

Another strange section is the director animals give the girls a vegetable/fruit to pose with as well as a Shugo chara egg girl. I don't get it but I guess it's for the kids. I mean Mari was forced to drink milk in Mini Moni so I guess it's a subliminal message for them to eat better?

And than it's the end! This PV is not my favorite nor is the song. I hope that this isn't the last single for the girls. If so I will be really sad because this is not as good as their last, or first single for that matter. School Days was okay but not the best, but better than this. I will add updates for H!P DVD Magazine 20 and 21 soon! PS. Mad props for Saki who looked amazing in this PV:

B.L.T magazine DVD

H!P had a recent collaboration with BLT magazine to release a H!P New Years book with all 25 girls of H!P in it wearing Kimonos. And of course there was a DVD release of the making. I wish I could say it was fun and exciting but it was basically H!P eye candy with a few cute moments here and there. And because it is all eye candy I have a lot of caps but not a lot of text. So enjoy the pic spam post.

This is a cute part though, with Mitsui acting it Tanaka Reina is doing her imitation of Shin-chan from the show Crayon Shin-chan Mitsui does it really cute like too.

Here is the pic spam part I was talking about. I decided to cut down from the amount I actually capped. There is only so many ways you can pose in a tradition kimono because you can't move around much. But I find Mitsui charming as always.

Next was photos with Musume. This section isn't that long but I really love seeing all the girls together. They are so pretty, and having 8 members really separates them up nicely, not that I don't miss Koha, I do, but it makes them equal now.

Now we have pictures with the rest of H!P, first in the line up of Musume, Berryz,°C-ute, Mano (on the same line), and than S/mileage. Next into little sections than by height. Mitsui is next to Mai and Eri, it appears she is on the smaller end of the H!P girls, but right in the middle. In the end there is a blooper from the opening greeting where Maimi messes up what she's saying, earning a smack from Ai and Chisato.

You can see what I mean about the less talk more eye candy action from this post. I will soon be updating with H!P DVD Magazine 20 and 21. So more to come soon.

I made an action to make screencaps like that so I hope you guys will like it. I hope to spend another great Mitsui filled year with you all! I am working on Bright Smiles now and am almost ready to open it back up again. I am trying to cite all sources for information on the fun facts section as well as make the site more up to date. All recent updates will be on this blog but for the collection of information it will be on that site.

I'm sure many of you have heard the news of the new Morning Musume song "Onna ga Medatte naze Ikenai" Well it was rumored that Mitsui will be the focus for this PV. But we will have to wait and see for that. But one thing that is for real is the solo CM spot Mitsui is getting for the Guardians 4 single "Going on". It will air in Tokyo on January 23rd.

Aika: Up till now, I was about to see Kusumi-san... I envy how you can always keep cheerful. Isn't heartbreaking to hear it's "just right", being viewed from a distant... seeing how you were always asked, "Are you listening?" and even being a nuisance. And you'd answer, "Oh is that so?" It's hard to understand how you can always seem to be so care-free.

Even after being told, you were still always so cheerful, and I think that's great. I really look up to you for it. It feels good when I hear your voice. I hope we can have warm talks together again. The year of 2009

The year of 2009 was an exciting one for members of Musume as well as many other people. Some events were more exciting than others. But here is the list of the fun events from the year 2009!

First off who could forget the emotional graduation of the Elders Club from Hello! Project. Although Mitsui worked with few members of them she was still in the graduation.

Then Mitsui started of this year by being the only member to host Yorosen! for 2 weeks in a row on her favorite things: Pets! Included a large photo of her own dog Leo

Then another big thing is Mitsui was placed in her second subgroup: Gurdians 4 which out lasted the expected 2 single run the previous group had.

And who forget Musume's huge announcement that they were going to be heading to America for Anime Expo?!

And once she returned from the USA Mitsui took part in a stop animation film called Yume no Hakoniwa. It also featured Hello! Project members (past and present) Abe Natsumi, Iida Kaori, Tsuji Nozomi, Yasuda Kei, Yoshizawa Hitomi, Ogawa Makoto, Tokunaga Chinami, Kumai Yurina, Sugaya Risako, and of course Mitsui.

Next was Risa and Mitsui riding the giant spider in Yokohama which was originally used as display only. So they are some of the few people who ever got to ride it.

Then shortly after that was a reunion with former Musume members to perform Love Machine for former member Yaguchi Mari who was in a tricycle race as part of the hexagon channel.

Later this fall we had the FC bus tour with Koharu, JunJun, Reina and Mitsui. I believe there was 11-12 buses that brought around fans to hang with our girls. And a mini concert which had an Osaka Koi no Uta duet from Reika.

And of course there was the singles that made this year great! Starting off with Naichau Kamo which started the rend of solo shots for each girl. Than the #1 single Shouganai Yume Oibito than there was Nanchatte Renai, 40th single and it reached 70k. Finishing up this year was Kimagure Princess which was Mitsui's 10th single in Musume. A good year for Musume so far.

Than the most important thing in my mind this year had to have been the Nine Smiles tour. The tour that ended the longest stead line up in Morning Musume history. The graduation of Kusumi Koharu from Morning Musume. This is my mind has been the most emotional event of the whole year.

And those were some of the most important events in the year of 2009 for Mitsui. Honorable mentions would have to Mitsui's placement in Tanpopo# as well as Musume's return (Mitsui's first) appearance on Music Station. It was a fun 2009 for me and Musume. So let's see were 2010 will take us!

Mitsui Origins

Now I have made this blog and have bios but I wanted to go over how Mitsui got into Musume. Aside from the audition and a magazine interview all we know of Mitsui pre Musume was that she was trying out for other dramas and plays and things before getting the audition. It was never shown if she was a big fan of Musume to begin with but then again if you didn't like them why join?

Tsunku was going to make a 3rd to 4th round to a final but decided from the 25 girls he liked and cut them down to 6. So instead of a 4th round to final he sent them to a two day one night mini-camp to do basic vocal training and small dancing training, some basics and then try to learn a part of a Musume dance.

Mitsui's audition song here is Furusato. This is where 62% Mitsui was born. Tsunku said that Morning Musume members need to give 120% of happiness, at the lowest 105%. Thou he was sure that Mitsui was giving it her all and trying as best as she could he believed she was only burning at 62%.

What's Mitsui reaction when she knows she's one of the 6 from all the girls? "It's like a dream...huhuhu. Even though there were really cute girls there, I'm still left... I'll do my best! I want to give it everything" Awww Mitsui. Your such a doll. You surely were an under dog though I would have to say. Yuu had a strong chance to make it in.

As we can see from an early time Mitsui is wearing purple, which backs up my belief that she does actually like the color purple and was not just because it ended up being her shirt color. And what does Mitsui have to say about leaving on a two day trip: "I'm nervous.... I'm nervous about what kind of people will come." and by looking at it I would be too.

I've never been a fan of long haired Mitsui but if they could make it look like this I am in full support. How adorable does she look in her little pig tails? And it seemed like Mitsui had the hardest time getting the group dance steps down for it. Her quote for this section: "I figured I'd learn by observing, and I odserved, but... I couldn't do it at all. I am worried." Knowing what we all know now she doesn't have to worry. But I do think this is what started her over worrying over dance moves to the point were Sayumi worries over her.

After breaking up into groups of three Mitsui and her group had vocal training with Sugai Hidenori. Known in auditions to make girls cry. Victims include Takahashi, Reina, Sayumi, and Reina. Most people like to feel bad for the girls for being yelled at and crying but honestly I support it. I mean if you can't tough it out then leave. And he says this to these girls. If you can make it through this then you can stay, if not then you go. Simple.

Mitsui is lectured for looking at the floor instead of out in front of her and not singing loud enough. He makes fun of her asking if there is a fairy floating around right there (I find that ironic from the Cinderella play). He wants her to give a whole hearted performance. When working with Masuda (Another contestant) Hidenori tells her that Mitsui wrote the lyrics over twice to remember, Hidenori asked her to do it again because it's a good thing to do. Out of the three she seems to have done the best with her pre vocal work.

Unlike the other group Mitsui's group picked up on the moves quickly and seem to have mastered it. The dance teacher's thoughts on Mitsui's group: "The other group [Mitsui and her group] of three were very quick in learning their moves, and they showed that they were enjoying themselves. It really was a huge difference, I thought."

For the first night Mitsui and her group debate wheater they should practice or not while the other group does. In the end they talk it over pratice on their own, listening over the music more rather than dancing, and just go to bed. lol

When going into the next day Mitsui and her group do really well in the singing and the practice dancing seem to go pretty well. Hidenori seemed pleased with her singing after her solo lesson.

The first group is Mitsui's and it seems that the not practicing at night was a mistake for them not to do it. After the dance teacher tells them Tsunku will watch them personally they do the Morning Musume cheer and perform in their groups. After both groups show one of the girls from the other group came over and then Tsunku gave Mitsui a mini dance lesson then asks her if she is having fun, to which she replies "Yes!"

Mitsui then records with no problems and gets really into it and it swaying back and forth and looks so cute. I think this really shows how into it she gets and what really sparked to Tsunku. Looking at it now I can really see it. After Tsunku tells us that they will perform live we get updated that Masuda left the audition, rumored to have left to audition for Avex.

The song picked for Mitsui was "Osaka Koi no Uta". More purple from Mitsui which supports my thoughts that she liked it before she joined and lucked out getting that as her color. Her thoughts after performing: "I did my best in my own way with the dancing...dancing?. I mean, singing, and I think it was good."

Tsunku calls Musume in to tell them that one member will be picked, the girls seemed shocked, as were many fans, to see this. He tells them to go to the stage and (Reina thinks she will be on stage) but he tells them that the winner will walk in and not know that they have won until they walk into the door. The Musume girls don't know either. Once she walks in Yossie will give her a matching hat. (Notice I put Mitsui's best friends in that last cap)

The girls are called out of the room one by one and lead down the hall to see if they had made it not. Of course none of them know where they are going or who is going to win. The Musume girls seem happy and nervous and shocked when the girl walks in, I had to make a cap of Koharu's face, she looked like she just got a new puppy. And I know I can't just insert the sound, but she makes the cutest little squeal.

Who could the winner be? Of course~! Mitsui! She looks completely shocked to see Musume in front of her. After she presented the hat from Yossie says: "Nice to meet you, I'm Mitsui Aika. I might cause you trouble from now, but please be good to me! I'll do my best!" They all seem to look at her like a member now and they will have to help her out big time. Then Musume performs Aruiteru and Mitsui looks on. Her thoughts: "It's like a dream...! It's like a dream, but I did my best with all the others, so I'd like to try my best as a Morning Musume. I'm inexperienced, but please be good to me." Tsunku says that this is just the beginning of Musume and the theme for the year is Asia. This, we all know, lead to the addition of Junjun and Linlin in the group.

So this was the beginning of Mitsui in Musume. I hope you all enjoyed looking at the progress Mitsui has made so far in her two short years of being in Musume.

Fanclub Bus Tour Goodies

After an early morning class (reasons for which I have not updated as much) I headed to a friend's house to sign up for more classes next semester. After hours of trying to find classes I was browsing Hello! Online and I saw a link up for the FC Bus tour coming up this weekend with Mitsui, Koharu, Reina, and Junjun.

Clicking on it, not thinking too much about it, I was pleasantly surprised with what I saw (My friend on the other hand was confused with my reaction). All the girls are amazing looking (on average) but something about these sets are just amazing with Mitsui. She looks so great in a purple yukata. Her cute little face shines in this set truly.

I've never really considered getting a fabric towel before, I mean the one for P9D was awesome and I totally fell in love it but I didn't buy it. And the one for Nine Smiles was okay but being that purple is my favorite color I just can't go with out it. I think is a must buy! It's not up for ordering yet but it may be soon. So keep an eye out at the Hello Store USA or the local auction site.

Party Time~!

The full PV came out for Party time so I will go over it now. Sorry for the quality. The video I have isn't that great.

Party Time is amazingly cute. Most of the PV is set outside with bubbles. How could you go wrong with bubbles right? The girls looked liked they were having an amazing time.

But seriously this is about the cutest PV from H!P members I have seen in a long time. The girls are having fun and so on. I cannot wait to see the making behind it. I can just imagine Saki and Mitsui running around with bubbles. Doesn't hurt that the song is amazing too.

The inside shots for this PV are just as great as the out door ones. There is a lot of Saki and Mitsui love in this PV (which has become my new shipper, tied with Reika). The whole party like atmosphere is so cute with each of the girls working on something (or Mitsui and Saki just messing around lol).

It seems the whole party is for Risako because Yurina, Saki, and Mitsui are mixing some orange (which I assume is for bubbles) liquid and don't tell her about it. The last two pictures are my favorite since it's a bubble filled with smoke that Mitsui pops and is awesome. I have yet to find the full PV on Youtube to share. So I will share an awesome gif made by PuppetMaster from H!O

New Layout and Preorders from HSUSA

Hello all! There is a few updates with Musume recently. There was just a Music Japan performance:

It's fairly short and doesn't show much of the song at all, though they do say it features their booties. But aside from that and a live concert for the B-side album it has been pretty slow for Musume. But things are going to pick up a bit when more promotion comes in. Twice this month Mitsui, Kamei, and Junjun will be appearing on a radio show to talk about the single and no doubt about Koharu's graduation. Mitsui also recently appeared with Sayumi, Reina, Koharu, and Linlin on a live Ameba feed. I stayed up and watched but I didn't understand much of it since it was a quiz about Koharu before she leaves.

As for the site I have changed up the layout a bit, still don't like it that much but I am working on it. My top banner graphic skills are pretty much fail right now. So that is all fine and dandy. Updated the picture of the week. From the make your own PB from the 2008 Winter concert. I loved Mitsui in this outfit.

And now for some fun things. The Hello Store USA has added a pre-order section. But since I have been doing spotty coverage to get two Kimagure Princess Limited C's I don't know how much I am going to order here. I have my eye I quite a few photo sets for each group (I'm a photo set junkie). So I will have to talk it over with my bank account and see what we can come up with. Please be mindful that pre-orders end on the 15th. In case any people who work on the Hello Store pass by here I would love to thank you guys for all your hard work! I love everything I have been able to get so far and I love how progress is going so far.

The Mitsui one by herself is a bit boring at first but good over all. The Linlin and Mitsui one is like a whirlwind of high pitched voices and laughs. There a good listen.

Now on to Kimagure Princess!
Here are the covers, in order of A, B, C, and regular. I still haven't ordered yet, but I am dying to, my house is falling apart though.

Now I personally hate these covers. This is the first time I have ever said that about Morning Musume covers. But these are just horrid. I mean the cheap fire effect and the BLAH!-ness of it. There were many different things they could have done with the covers, but no, this is what we get. Have dis heartening for me. I have gotten a fan picture of the single with the solo shots; this is the Mitsui solo cover:

Now despite the fact that I hate the other covers I feel the member covers aren't so bad. I would love to get two Limited C ones just so I could get one Reina and one Mitsui (Yes I'm a Reika freak). So I just have to see how it will come together.

The dance shot is impressive for Mitsui as most fans agree that she is really spot on for the dance shot. And I agree, Mitsui does amazing in the dance shot, I couldn't keep my eyes off her. Morning Musume DVD Magazine 28

Warring: This post contains Mitsui in adorable situations and is a huge Mitsui pic span. You've been warned!

Though my thoughts on the 2009 Spring ~Platinum 9 DISCO~ are those with negative connotation I LOVE backstage footage. It doesn't matter what it is. It could be for a movie I haven't even seen and I would watch it. Backstage footage is my favorite to watch just because you know you are getting to watch a person at there simplest. Right before they go on stage. It's a good way to watch it. So being that Morning Musume DVD Magazine 28 just came out (and I was able to find it finally) I got right away to watching it....only to have to leave to go to class not even half way through. But now I was able to finish it and I love it. Not as much backstage stuff as I wanted but it was fun to watch since I am able to (sort of) pick up on what they are saying.

This is not an overall review, because you guys can download and watch it. Why spoil the fun? Also this is just to point out my favorite moments from the DVD that I sort of understood, or are just really cute.

This is why I love backstage footage. Mitsui is very sneaky in this one getting in the shot. Sayumi is going to say something to the camera, don't ever think she does say anything, though I was too distracted by how frikin' cute Mitsui is behind her.

For the concert in Shige she asks to see the pen lights (glow sticks) it seems like during the concert she noticed a lot for herself. They dim the lights and there we have it. The holy grail of Mitsui glow sticks. I remember listening to the concert recording (don't remember if it was this concert or Nine Smiles, but I don't think they went to Shige for Nine Smiles so I will guess this one) and during the encore parts the chants were all for Mitsui. I can still remember the chants of "Aika! Aika! Aika!" Instead of "En-cor-ru!" which the fans normally chant. It made me a bit emotional.

And apparently Mitsui as well. Oh Mitsui you should know we love you! It's so cute to see her all emotional over her fans (note this is the part after singing Ame blah blah where they run over the stage and wave goodbye to the fans). I'm sure they were chanting for her. She's so cute.

It looks like Risa was gonna say something than WHAM! Hello Mitsui's eye. lol I swear this girl is so crazy. Then after Risa pushes her away (there is a lot of Risa Mitsui interaction in this one) and she is talking to Linlin Mitsui comes from the other side. Please, Mitsui your eyes are too cute! Your killing me here.

When asked what there favorite song to perform was Mitsui answered (of course) with her solo Watashi no Miryoku ni Kizukanai Donkan na Hito So I could not leave out Mitsui love with her solo. I think she also mentioned having fun dancing with Junjun and Linlin this time than by herself. Must have been nice to have back up.

Don't really get this part but I think it's cute. With Eri and Risa Mitsui enjoys a snack before the show starts. Wonder if Mitsui made that rice ball? Or maybe her sister? Well Eri goes running off, you know Eri is never one to make sense, and that is why we love her.

Just Mitsui talking in her MC sections that we have never seen because they weren't on the DVD. "Ah Mama (something I don't understand) Okasan gomen ne!" for the first one. The middle one just kills me for pure cuteness. And the third one Mitsui is just teasing us!!

Apparently Junjun would take pictures and her and Koharu would argue over them. They switched places with Koharu to Reina just because Koharu and Junjun would argue too long. lol Well this one happened to be Mitsui eating a strawberry. Looks like Junjun was for Mitsui and Koharu against. Though I don't know what they were talking about. But it was too cute to pass up.

Ah! Now this part I know what is going on. I dunno I can read the situation better sometimes, like when my friend speaks Spanish I don't know what she's talking about but I can understand her grandmother perfectly who speaks no English. Anyway back on topic, they were talking about things that happened to go wrong during a concert. Mitsui was talking about for her outfit that it had a hood and they were going to keep the hood on it instead of showing her head.

Well as we can tell it didn't work out to well because it kept falling. She said they had tried different alternatives with headphones (which I think are awesome) and it didn't work out so they went with a bow. What a shame, I think the hood or head phones would fit the outfit so much better.

Now at the very end we have the girls leaving the concert hall. I love that it's Linlin and Mitsui together. I love the two together and I wish they would come and interact more. I would love it very much. But yeah Mitsui and Linlin leave together.

Well despite there is absolutely no interaction between Reina and Mitsui in this DVD I know for a fact the two are still close. A fan of Reina on H!O posted he accidentally ran into Reina in a hotel and aside being with her mother Reina was also with Mitsui, he said she was wearing a mask but he could tell it was her. (>w<) Will try to finally post the covers for Kimagure Princess, I don't really like them so I have been putting it off. Next time I swear!

Just a quick side update: Changes some of the colors of links and things to make it a bit more colorful. I dunno what I am doing with the layout yet. May make a new one. Also updated the list of soon to be released items and got rid of some things that have already been released.

Current Scans, some random updates

This post will be image heavy and cover some of the scans and things I have not yet gone over yet. First we have the B-side coupling album. 3 CDs long of Musume B-sides. I am a fan of some B-sides but I have most of the singles anyway. So I decided to skip out on this one. But the coupling booklet it very temping. I may just go for the Korean one because it's cheaper. But the booklet starts out (for Mitsui fans) here:

We have our introduction of generations 1, 2, 3, and Ai through Koharu with our current member spreads throughout the generations. We happen to have the 8th generation and the 4th generation on one page. (My sign from god I picked the right generations to love lol).

Then the other page is Junjun, Mitsui, Koharu, and Reina with Miki. These little paper drawing things are really cute and are so cute.

This next page is showing our line up now and then. And there is a page that has our current line up looking all cute. But then they had the girls cutting out some past member cut outs which is really cute. Then of course we have our time line of members.

I have some homework to finish so this post may be edited or I might do a new one for other things.

New Products

Well this is a bit awkward. I was going to do this post before it came out, but oh well! The Hello Store USA has new products in! (But by this point in time most to all of them are sold out) I wasn't going to be able to afford a shirt or anything like that. But I waited till 7 (Eastern coast time, it was at 4 for people on the Pacific coast) and I went crazy on the slowness of the site because everyone bum rushed the site. I myself had add the sets I wanted on my wish list, thus I went straight there and ordered the ones I wanted. It look about 6 minutes for the whole wait (incase of the first time I ordered which took 2 minutes), and I stayed on the site to watch what goes out of stock.

There must be Aika fans who surf the site, because on the sets that I got the only person tagged was Aika. The two photo sets I got are now sold out though. I am extremely happy with my buy and this pulls up my L photo count to 140. The last Morning Musume set I got was from 2007 from Sexy 8 Beat. I am very happy that I was able to get these, though I am curious how I am going to pay for the Kimagure Princess single. I am trying to do something in a contest that may give me 20-10 dollars towards Yesasia. I hope I can get the Limited C version of it, that there is still time.

First Impression of Hello Store USA

Now I am use to waiting a while for things to go through. I think the longest wait for the process was waiting for the payment to go through, and this may have only taken a week or so. I didn't really track it by day but it felt like forever, though I am sure it just felt that way and not actually so.

So I had gotten my e-mail on Friday saying my order had been completed. I had yet to get my package so I guess that means that it was shipped. And thus I decided to check the days for eastern side shipping (I live in Florida) and it said 2-3 days.

I was going to guess around 3-5 days for shipping. Since it was gone on a Friday I figured the latest I would get it would be on Friday, the earliest on Wednesday. Well coming home from a long day of schooling I had a headache I see a small box sitting on my pillow. I knew what it was and shrugged it off not feeling so well. But my curiosity got the better of me.

After fighting with the safe vault Japanfiles calls a shipping box, I swear it took me longer to open the shipping box than the items themselves. The cellphone charm was in it's original packaging, sealed away, and wrapped in bubble wrap. It was in perfect condition, I was afraid that would be too big for my phone, considering Japanese cell phones are so much bigger due to the screen size to read the kanji. But I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually quote manageable, and that I will be getting a new phone soon it should be good. The photos themselves came in to cardboard sides. Both came in there own clear plastic covers. I had gotten Linlin and Junjun photos last summer that were this size that didn't have a sleeve. So I just put Mitsui in with Reina and had Linlin and Junjun in the other. It makes me feel better that they are covered.

On a side update I changed the photo for the week on Sunday. I'm sure most of you all already noticed. This one is from the 2009 Winter concert. As for the Bright Smiles site. It's on a hiatus for now. I don't know what's wrong with the gallery and life is a bit crazy right now. So I ask that you all be patient. Thanks~! Till next update.

Clendar and Rank your PVs

So I was sitting around waiting for the mail to come (as I do every day lol jk) And in walks my brother with a tube

Being that I got my Nanchatte Renai promotional poster is a close tube as that I freaked and did a happy dance.

What could it be you all may be wondering? What would put me in a down right tizzy of excitment and joy....

That's right! Morning Musume of course! And so we have the Morning Musume 2010 calendar. When opening it up I was right to guess it to be poster size. And if you include the binding that holds it together than it is a big larger than the Nanchatte Renai poster, but without it's a bit smaller. Some things I noticed was that instead of having plastic binds they had before this one is bounded much like a book. Also it has a nail hole in it to hold it up. And there is also perforated edge on it for easy rip ability for those you are done with whatever months, or fans like me will use them for future posters.

Now we have the cover. Seeing as I have this up close you can see it all. It's so pretty. All the girls look so classy. I know some people were questioning the hair choice for Mitsui and some for Niigaki but when you have it in your hands it's not even a problem. I have a close up of Mitsui and Linlin from the front, I tried to get a close up for Mitsui when I could. (Pardon the glares, it's hard to take one without it)

The close up for this one didn't come out too well so I left it out till I could make it nicer. Well this is for the month of January and February. I added on the side with the calendar part in it the dates to show that it has the girls birthdays decorated on it as well. Some people were mad thinking that they didn't do that this for next year's calendar. Well they did~! So now you know Mitsui's birthday is on a Tuesday next year.

Next Mitsui page is May and June. Pardon the super glare on the close up of Mitsui and Eri. Mitsui was on the far left, prone to glare. So this one is really cute and it's really bright. I love it! This one I was questionable on this one just because it wasn't one of my favorite outfits from this calendar. But I think it's the shock and awe of having it in person that is winning me over.

This is the back cover with my top three Musume's together in the top right corner. Hello Mitsui, Linlin, and Reina. So this calendar is really nice and well put together. I am in awe of the beauty of Musume in a calendar. I think the only thing that would top the calendars are the life size cutouts and meeting them in person/watching the concert live.

So now I have counted and have seen that with Kimagure Princess it is Mitsui's 10th single as a part of Morning Musume. Congrats Mitsui! So now I have 'Rank Your PVs'!!! This is basically taking what you believe the ranking for the 10 PVs Mitsui has been in Musume and how you like them in comparison to the others. Here is mine in order from 10 to 1.

10. Resonant Blue

Now the only reason why this one is really low is just because in the original PV there is no Mitsui in at all, she has no lines, and it's so frikin' depressing to me to sit and watch all Ai, Reina, and Koharu. I don't see how all the other girls didn't rise up and argue this. I mean the only one who mentioned it was Sayumi who asked for more lines in the next single. And ya know what happened? She got those lines! Not saying I don't like the song, when I first had my other computer this was in an epic battle to be #1 on my itunes. It's just not my favorite.

09. Onna ni Sachi Are

Now this one is a good song as well just not that good of a delivery. I mean you have your first single with just 5th gen in there and the new girls, and you dress up like a sexy big bird? Mitsui does look so little going back to get the screen cap for it though. Nothing too bad, PV is not that great. But I can deal since the song is awesome.

08. Pepper Keibu

I love the song, I love the dance, I love everything about this song, I mean the PV too, that dance break is killer. But I just can't rank it up higher. But it's a very good cover and a solid song from 2008.

07. Naichau Kamo

The first song of this year, wow it feels like so long ago. My favorite thing about this video is the close ups, I mean they are so nice and pretty. I think they used a filter in the editing stage, but it's so amazingly pretty. One of my favorite close ups. Plus the tears were a nice touch.

06. Mikan

I don't care if people say this is too over played, or it didn't sell well. This song and PV are really cute and they are awesome! I love how we see the girls when they were younger, I love seeing the scene above, the girls on the earth with each other. You can really see the connection from Mitsui to Koharu in this video. Also the making of is really fun.

05. Kimagure Princess

I know this just came out but this PV is a really good one despite what you might have read. Some people take other people's thoughts as truth. Think for yourself. This PV is really artistically interesting and I can't wait to see the photos Mitsui took of the place they shot the PV at. I also want to see what the other PVs are gonna look like.

04. Kanashimi Twilight

This is another great song and PV. I love the punk rock style and I love the song. It's just a really good PV, not as good as Kimagure, but it's got a better song.

03. Egao Yes Nude

For the bronze we have Egao Yes Nude, Mitsui's first single with Morning Musume. It's got a nice message of being yourself and natural and the dance is fun and the song is amazing.

02. Shouganai Yume Oibito

I've never seen such a following for a song like this. I love it, fans love it, and I think you should love it as well.This is the PV fans dream of, has near equal lines for all members, has a little bit of a story time, and has a theme in it. I really love how this PV was presented, the colors were washed out a bit and they have a sad look about the girls. It's a great PV and it really fab.

01. Nanchatte Renai

Yes, that leaves Nanchatte Renai. I'm not even sure why I like this one so much. I mean the song is awesome and yeah there are 22 versions of it so it's crazy but I just love it. The contrast of black and white is great and I like the near equal lines again.

So there you have it! The 10 singles Mitsui has been a part of as a member of Musume in my rankings. Feel free to snag images and do your own. Seeing as this post got really image heavy I will do a review for the B-side collective album on a different post in the future.

Kimagure Princess PV

After some looking around this morning, making my usual rounds on H!O I had come to see the PV was up! YAY! Too bad that I was backed up on Dohhh up for about 5 minutes before being provided with a youtube link. I love Dohhh up but they need some love when it comes to that many people looking at a video. But anyways this PV is way better than the one I looked over before. I mean a thousand times better than the last one. And dare I say equal time for all the members in the PV?

We get a better look at the PV, and the dance for that matter. The dance is a still a strange collection of a lot of things. And it looks like Aika still has different shoes than the other members. What I love about this opening though is the behind the gate shots. I mean they are just so pretty and stand out a lot compared to past add in close ups. And Mitsui's eyes peering out look smexy.

It appears that Mitsui flanks the sides of the main singer for the chorus line every time which is kind of cool. Also she seems to be in the middle row but always seen so that is really cool. Then we get a mix of Osaka Koi no Uta PV with a red light on the dance, also a mix of Iroppoi Jirettai with a sparkly fire? There is also some solo-mo shots that really add a cool aspect to this PV.

Next is the break which has a dance that covers all the members and look really cool. Once I get my video player up again then there are many gifs I want to make. Then we have some more close ups of members singing and the group dance. Then we have a solo mo dance which connects the dance poses together which looks so awesome in slow mo, good choice.

All in all the music video is very different from the other one, it evolves more aspects that make it more creative and fun than the other one who is just close ups and it's not that giving to the 8th gen, while this one has a lot more 8th gen in it.

Very LQ Kimagure Princess Preview

I have found myself a cell phone video of the PV for Kimagure Princess. Now I don't know if this is the original PV or the Recochoku ver. of the PV, but I figure I can look over it, and sadly enough Mitsui doesn't get much screen time. If you blink you will miss her in the cut parts. We start off with a crazy dance to start off with, you can see Mitsui next to Reina on the left. The dance is a very strange collection of dances. Some things from Balalaika and some other strange things. Honestly I don't think I've seen a dance like this before. But we got more butt rubbing:

These collection of screen shots are ones that are actually only about 1 second long, if at all. Honestly Sayumi, Koharu, Mitsui, Junjun, and Linlin get seriously the scraps of this PV. And honestly it's sickining because they look so good. I will wait for a higher version to come out but as it's looking right now I am not too impressed. I mean I am all for Kamei being lead and this is a cool single. But this is one of those better to listen than to watch songs. Much like Resonant Blue.

The end part is kind of funny when the girls wiggle their fingers in front of their faces. I think all the girls do it but I just find it funny and cute for such a mature song. Also Hello!Project made a mistake with the covers. The limited B and C are actually different. Here are the correct covers:

In some other Mitsui related news Mitsui will be appearing on a radio show on the 19th called "Hoshi Hitomi no Music Aura" to promote Kimagure Princess. I am going to download and try to follow the conversation for you all.

Random updates

I have finally gotten something from the Hello Store USA. Despite the fact I said I was gonna wait to get the cellphone charm I was told to get something useful from a friend. So I figure I would get that. If anything I can add it to my keys. I got that as well as the last set of Mitsui 2L photos from P9D and a set of Reina 2L photo cards from the same concert. (If you knew anything about me it should be that I can't let Mitsui stand alone if Reina can be added) I was kind of shocked to see I had gotten the last set, and a bit proud at the same time. Being a Mitsui fan it makes me feel accomplished. For fans who have questions for the store you can go to this forum to have your questions answered by the staff of JapanFiles that runs the store. I also added links to places where you can buy CDs. I have ordered from all the places linked but HMV Japan. I have heard some good and some not so good things about it. All up to you who you buy from.

I also added a picture of the week on here. I figure most of you all don't have enough space for all the Mitsui photos I have collected through H!O, Aewen's site, and from Yahoo! Auctions Japan. If you click on it you can get a larger picture. This one is from summer 2008. To tell the truth I never really found out where these shirts were meant for but I found the design very cute.

It also seems that I missed a DVD release in November; the DVD for Hello! Project 2009 Summer Kakumei Gannen ~Hello Chanpuru~ will be coming out. Mitsui appears in Morning Musume with the rest of the "gang", as a part of Tanpopo# with Kamei, Chisato, and Yurina as well as Guardians 4 with Risako, Yurina, and Saki. I'm looking forward to this release because she is in so many groups.

And as I am updating the new covers are out for the single Kimagure Princess.

It appears that the Limited B cover is the same as the Limited C cover, but the Limited B has a DVD and the Limited C has 10 interchangeable covers. I think I will be getting the regular one and the Limisted C CDs. I am in love with interchangeable covers. So I can't wait to look at the Mitsui solo cover. I will warn the Limited C is sold out on CDJapan. I plan to get mine from Yes asia. Well this should be it for now. I will update when the calender and the Hello store stuff comes in, or if there is a blog post.

Reviews and things to come

I have yet to make my first purchase from the Hello Store USA, this is due to many reasons. One being the virus on my computer causing major problems; in fact the blog post last time was posted during that time. So pardon any errors in spelling or grammar. Two, I just had to spend over 100 for the guy to just erase everything on my hard drive and install the important things back on. But what can ya do? I plan to buy a few photo cards; I was gonna get the cell phone charm but I will wait. Something I noticed though, a lot of the Mitsui stuff is now sold out compared to yesterday. You all gang up and buy without me? Just kidding. But this post will be looking ahead to future releases with Mitsui in them.

I think we will go down the list. So I shall start up with the calendar. I ordered this one and it has acutally been shipped already.

These photos are edited versions of LQ photos found on H!O, credits to Schizophat@JPM. Now looking at it I know some fans are disappointed with this calendar from last years. Sadly enough I was not able to get the Musume calender, despite my large love of Reika. But I am excited for this calendar. I mean, yes Mitsui doesn't do a photo shoot with Sayumi, Reina, Koharu, or Linlin (Sayumi which I suspected her to be paired up with this year) but each member missed 4 other members. Kind of sad actually. But from the looks of it this calender is going to be really pretty, plus the calendar is the size of posters so it's a plus.

Next we have "Morning Musume Singles Coupling Collection Best Album"

Over all I find both covers very creative, I scaled them down to fit better for the site. The first one if you can't tell is all 25 members of Morning Musume, in the first single they took photos for. As you can see Mitsui is in her school uniform from Egao Yes Nude. The other cover is Musume as they are now and the graduated members in the outfits from their last Musume single. Very nostalgic looking back on all 25 members, thinking how they changed in all. Now being that I have all the B-sides I will most likely will not picking up this album any time soon. The only look up is the Limited Ed one comes with a booklet. I am curious to see it but not worth $30 plus off Yesasia. That is the only bad thing with albums, they are always so darn expensive. But for fans who don't have all the singles and only have the single collection CDs will be interested in looking into the B-sides. For most of 2005 and 2006 the B-sides for Musume singles were more fun than the singles.

Now is time for the big boy: Morning Musume's 41st single Kimagure Princess.

Yes this throw back song to Musume yester years sure had the fans stirring up with some playful comments on the opening "Alvin and the Chimp monks" opening. I find it creative and very fun to listen to, with it's mature lyrics and it's crazy outfits. I mean, I don't know about you all but when I think Princess cowboy hats don't come up often. And today a 10 sec preview came out for the PV. And I have complied the Mitsui that can be seen:

Now remember this is a short preview. So I wasn't expecting a lot of Aika from it. But I am impressed with the butt rub, nice job Linlin.

Now we have the Guardians 4 3rd single Party Time

Now when I had come back from being off line for the whole night and till about 4 today (seemed like forever), when I came back the new Shugo Chara show is out. And it looks like they pulled a Kirarin Revolution and had parts of the PV in the opening. So of course (after I got an editing program I could work) I compiled some screens for you all:

Yup! They're green~! The one I got was actually sub titled so I got a peak at translated lyrics. And despite being called Party Time the lyrics are kind of up lifting. We start with a few close ups, then an actual set! They are outside running around, the dance shot is actually outside here. Seems to be a party inside as well. A lot of Mitsui and Saki love in this PV.

Then we have Risako standing in the middle of a baby pool and poof, she's in a bubble! And not even like CGed her into a bubble fake stuff you could recall from Mini Moni. They do this with all the members, it's actually pretty cool! And we party some more! This song is actually really catchy and I could see how it could catch on with kids.

And our final is the Fan Club tour that was Reina, Mitsui, and Junjun; but Koharu was added on to be her last fan club event.

Now since I have no Japanese skills what so ever, don't have enough money to be a fan club member, and never have been to Japan I have no idea what this will entail but I am curious to watch the DVD, with these 4 it will be really fun no matter what.

Grand Opening of the Hello Store USA

I was going to do this post when the store opened, but I couldn't stay awake till 3 am, sorry I just couldn't. I made it to 2:30 but I was dog tired and I was out! But from what I heard the site was pretty slow because everyone went on when it opened. But I'm on now and surfing fine.

Now just looking at the site made me extremely happy, knowing I can order from there. As a H!P fan who has preordered/ordered things from CD Japan and Yesasia, even from Japan it self from Y!A Japan shipping can get very expensive. Yes there are places on ebay but those have gotten extremely expensive for the items itself. So you could guess my reaction when I saw regular photo sets for just $10. The one ebay seller charges from $25-$30 for a photo set. So there is a lot going for this site right here.

So being the fan I am I checked out the Morning Musume section first (Hello Mitsui!) I was a bit surprised on what they had, some things from last year. Overall a very healthy section of Morning Musume stuff. That being said most of it is sold out already (much to my dismay all the photo sets are sold out). But regardless there are some really awesome things on here to order. And being a big Mitsui fan I will go in for the kill for some Microfiber towels. There are a ton of 2L photos. I like them but I don't really have a holder for those. But I might stock up on Mitsui and Reina ones (Reika love FTW). But I am also really interested in Linlin things as well.

The most recent items are from Summer 2009 Hello! Champloo and for Musume it's Platinum 9 DISC. But there are things from as far back as Bomb Kyu and Sexy 8 Beat times (before Mitsui cut and dyed her hair). But there is only the pamphlet. But if you like that concert tour (I had some other views on it for Bomb kyu) but never the less the things they have a very good. I will not give a 100% just because I haven't gotten anything yet, flat rate shipping is only $5 in America for those of you wondering about shipping in America. But when I do you all will be the first to know.

Morning Musume DVD Magazine 27

The other Magazine DVD release with the Nine smile tour. This one is from the shooting of the 2010 Morning Musume calender. Yay~! Well I'm not sure what they are suppose to do but They all jack each others photo shoots and ask questions and do things. There is heavy Japanese talking sections between Kamei, Niigaki, and Mitsui. But since I didn't know what they were talking about. So I shall review the photo shoots themsleves (little sneak peaks into the calender).

Very first one is Mitsui with Takahashi and Junjun. Mitsui catches Sayumi spying in on them and calls her out! Nice eyes. Ai and Junjun show they are knitting something and Mitsui brings out the chocolate box that says "Especially for you" on it, because they are shooting for the month of January and February; thus Valentine's day. I think they talk about Valentine's day for a bit and then Sayu asks what Junjun is making. After a short talk by Sayumi (a cut away) when we come back we say goodbye to Ai, Mitsui, and Junjun.

Birthday section~! Mitsui talks first because she has the first birthday, in January 12th! She is excited talking about when she turned 16. She talks about growing up I believe but I can't figure out much.

There is a photo shoot in between but no Mitsui so I skipped it. It was basically Ai interviewing Linlin, Sayumi, and Reina. But now we have Linlin and Reina coming into the Mitsui, Eri, and Niigaki shoot. It appears there was something on the ground and Mitsui freaked out about it trying to step on/around it causing her to jump around. Whatever it was Mitsui was not amused. Looks like there was a lot of bugs flying around. GakiKameiMicchi were not amused. They start talking about their favorite desert foods. Risa says something with banana in it, Reina likes cake (to which GakiKameiMicchi say is really cute), and I couldn't make out what Kamei and Mitsui said.

Next we have Kamei and Mitsui spying on Sayumi, Koharu, and Junjun for the summer page, ironically the page Mitsui had last year. Mitsui and Eri are goofing off waiting for the three to finish. Once they get in there, there is only a few minutes of them actually talking to Sayumi, Koharu, and Junjun before there is talking from Kamei and Mitsui (though I kinda skipped through it). Mitsui and Eri cracked me up in the end when they try to disappear by jumping off screen.

Well that is all for Mitsui in this DVD. If you are looking for some fun Mitsui action I suggest you take a look at this DVD, especially the part with Kamei and Mitsui. There is some funny things there. Also honorable mention for Reina, Eri, and Koharu:

All promotions for Nine Smiles have been really bright and color full. That does not stop for this DVD magazine. The start of it we have they are explaining that they will play 9 games each and we will have fun. So let's start.

The first game is like verbal ping pong. One player says multiplication problem with the numbers 1-9 (You will see a trend). So the second player gives the answer and sends another multiplication problem to player one. And this goes until someone can't figure out the answer in 5 seconds or messes up numbers. First round for Mitsui is against Sayumi. She wins to go first, but it doesn't take long for her to mess up and Mitsui is out. All in all Sayumi goes on to win the whole round so I don't feel as bad. Mitsui point total: 0

This next game is sucking through a straw to keep the yen piece up to the straw as long as you can. First round: Linlin vs. Mitsui vs Sayumi (again). Mitsui wins this round. The other prelim winners are Koharu and Junjun. Thus it's those three in the in the finals. Koharu drops first. Then Mitsui and Junjun drop at the same. Resulting in a play off!

Well it doesn't take but more than a second for Mitsui's cent to drop like a rock. Thus making Junjun the winner. Mitsui point total: 2

The third game is a staring contest, but more like a laugh contest. The person who smiles/laughs with teeth showing loose. Mitsui's first opponent: Niigaki Risa. If after a minute passes and no one laughs they play a battle of Jakenpyon (rock paper scissors) to see who wins. Mitsui wins and goes to the next level where she faces off against Kamei. It goes for a minute and no one laughs, not by lack of trying by either Mitsui or Kamei. Kamei wins. Mitsui point total: 3

Basically a Jakenpyon game with your feet. But added on is asamute pyon (spelling?) Basically this is after you have a not tied game a person flicks their finger either up down, or left or right, your head has to move you head opposite of the finger moving. Mitsui's first round: Tanaka Reina (This should be fun). Well they were going good for a while but Reina got her out. Mitsui point total: 3

And now we have a hula hoop off!! First grouping: Junjun vs. Mitsui vs. Sayumi (we meet again). Mitsui looses this one as well (she doesn't do too well in this DVD). Mitsui point total: 3

This game is using the stop watch to get, without looking, as close to 9 seconds as you can. So this is everyone for themsleves game. The girls are actually pretty funny trying to distract the girls when they try to count the ticks to get close to 9. Close but too short for Mitsui. Mitsui point total: 3

So it's Mitsui's game and it's to stack dominoes as high as you can without them falling over. Mitsui's prelim group is Linlin vs. Mitsui vs. Kamei. Mitsui wins. To which Eri gets mad and knocks it down (lol). So our finalist (and future bus tour mates) are Reina vs. Junjun vs. Mitsui. Reina gets one more block over Mitsui. Mitsui point total: 5

This is the section where Mitsui talks about being together as a group of nine and the current concert. I have little to none Japanese knowledge so I can't help you more than that.

Junjun's game is of luck. Members draw cards and who ever gets the 9 first wins. That's what I think it is. Mitsui vs. Kamei (again). Kamei pulls the 9 first and out is Mitsui. And Eri being the good sports man she is throws a peace sign in Mitsui's face (This did happen but I meant it jokingly). Mitsui point total: 5

And for our last game each member has to role the dice, and which ever number they land on it the amount their score will be multiplied by. Another members for themsleves virus game. Mitsui has five points as I have kept track of so we hope for a big number!! And we get a 1. Thus Mitsui has the smallest amount of point out of the whole group. It's okay Mitsui we still love ya!

Overall a very enjoyable DVD if you like watching the games. If you are just in it to watch your favorite member you might not enjoy it as much.
